Additional Charges


£10 additional charge if fleas or ticks are found when grooming your dog to cover costs to disinfect and flea bomb the salon/ cancel next groom, flea shampoo.

​ £5 for every 15 minutes over Drop off or collection time.

​

No show of an appointment or cancelling within 24 hours of arranged appointment- A charge of the full groom will be issued and will need to be paid before you can return to the salon.

(20 minutes late for any appointment will automatically be cancelled)

£10 additional charge for an aggressive dog + Full Groom price.

£10 additional charge for matted dogs and for blunting blades- (full shave off) + Full Groom price.
